Mr. Litster has over 3 years Wall Street experience, having worked with Credit Suisse in the Tokyo and Hong Kong offices focusing on both M&A and Equity Capital Markets. Mr. Litster has worked on a number of transactions at China Renaissance including China Cars,Chinacache, DAC and Ambow.
During his time at Credit Suisse, Mr. Litster was involved in a number of equity financings in China and Southeast Asia, including the IPOs of PGN (Indonesia) and Linktone and the $100 million convertible bond for Sina.
Prior to joining China Renaissance, Mr. Litster worked in the finance department of HiSoft, a Chinese IT outsourcing company. He was responsible for M&A and financing and helped the company raise a round of Series B financing and was instrumental in helping the company through three acquisitions.
Mr. Litster has a Bachelors Degree from Brigham Young University in International Finance.
