Kevin Yi-Jing Xie is a Partner at China Renaissance Partners based in Beijing. Mr. Xie is responsible for China Renaissance's traditional industry business including healthcare, education, consumer related sectors and industrials.
Mr. Xie has successfully led and closed financing transactions for Huakang, 51credit, Pharmaron, Haoyisheng, Ambow, Century21, Dangdang and Minrun.
Prior to Joining China Renaissance in June 2005, Mr. Xie was a Vice President at Credit Suisse. During his seven years tenure at Credit Suisse, Mr. Xie advised numerous companies in China and the greater Asia Pacific region on various capital raising and M&A transactions. Mr. Xie played an instrumental role in various transactions for several leading companies including Haier Group, China Netcom, Shanghai Electric, Beijing Enterprises, Guangshen Railway, ICBC, SINA, SK Telecom, the Korea Development Bank, Pacific Century CyberWorks and Fubon Insurance.
Mr. Xie holds a Bachelor of Economics (with Honours) degree from the University of Sydney.
