Prior to joining China Renaissance, Mr. Chu was the Vice President of Finance and Strategy for a digital media startup in Beijing. He also previously served as Director of Business Development for a private network services firm funded by Oak Investment Partners and Worldview Technology Partners based out of Hong Kong.
Before serving in operational roles, Mr. Chu was an investment banker at both Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley's Technology Corporate Finance groups where he was involved in various equity financing and M&A assignments. Selected clients included Asiainfo, UTStarcom, Wipro, VIA Technologies, UMC and Celestica (Omni Industries).
Mr. Chu is a graduate of Cornell University in New York.
