On June 14, 2022, RoboSense, a world-leading provider of smart LiDAR systems, announced the completion of its latest strategic financing round led by China Renaissance's Huaxing Growth Capital("HGC"), with participation from Yunfeng Capital, Greenwoods Asset Management and Kinzon Capital. China Renaissance served as the financial advisor for this transaction. 

With the newly raised fund, RoboSense will focus on shaping a new ecosystem to enhance strategic collaboration and technological innovations to promote deeper integration between the development of lidar and autonomous driving.
